Italy Trip May 2020 - Refund Update

Thank you for your patience whilst we have been awaiting an update from the travel provider.

We have now had confirmation that this trip has been cancelled and they will be issuing a full refund. We have commenced refunds via ParentPay to all those booked on this trip. This will be over 2 stages:

1. Balance payments above the initial £100 deposit have been refunded via ParentPay. If all instalments have been paid this will be one payment up to a total amount of £495

2. The remaining £100 (booking deposit per person) would normally be non-refundable, however the travel provider has agreed to release this deposit at the beginning of August. We will process this refund as soon as this is received.

If you do have a specific query please email: [email protected]

School Trips - An Update:

We wanted to update you on the situation regarding potential refunds for school trips. We understand that during these uncertain times parents are anxious to know a final outcome as soon as possible, but at this time the situation remains uncertain.

We are unable to issue refunds without the travel providers themselves cancelling the trips. At present the travel providers are working on trips within a 2 week window prior to their planned departure dates.

Whilst this continued uncertainty is frustrating to all concerned, please be reassured we are in constant contact with the travel providers, Cardiff County and our insurers in a bid to finalise refunds as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and support during these challenging times.

Structure your day.

Here you can download a copy of the LHS 'Distance Learning Schedule' which has been sent to all parents. This is designed to help students bring some structure to their day.
